This presentation will describe various methods of fixation constructs that can be utilized for Charcot deformity both individually and in Complimentary fashion. Specific aspects of Charcot Neuroarthropathy which demand a particular type of fixation will be illustrated by case presentation. Determining the difference between mid foot and hind foot Charcot will be described together with a novel new surgical classification which may aid the surgeon in achieving a solid and lasting correction.
